Joshua Greenstein
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Josh joined Puma Capital in December 2007. He was an institutional wholesale equities trader specializing in trading over-the counter securities, specifically special situation and distressed equities. He began his career in 1994 with Paragon Capital Markets on their wholesale market making desk. In 1999, he joined Fleet Trading, a division of Fleet Bank, now Bank of America where he spent 3 years as a Securities Principal and Trader on the OTC trading desk making markets in OTC Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet equities. In 2003 Josh established Wilson Davis & Co’s first New York office while returning to the Zicklin School of Business where he earned his MBA.

Steven Kosson
MANAGING DIRECTOR, HEAD OF TRADING
Steven joined Puma Capital in July 2008. Steven was Head of Distressed Equities and Special Situations for Hill Thompson, Magid & Co., a division of Royal Bank of Canada for 8 years before joining Puma Capital. He began his career on Wall Street in 1997 at Credit Suisse’s online brokerage division DLJ Direct. In 1999 he joined Paragon Capital Markets as a junior equity trader with the Distressed Equities group.
He received a BS in Psychology with minors in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Arizona in 1995.

Victor Henriquez
BOARD MEMBER
Victor is the Chairman of Hencorp Becstone LC and Principal of Hencorp Becstone Futures, LC. Previously, he was the Director of Emerging Markets at Macquarie Bank. Victor has more than 25 year experience in the financial markets, specializing in Commodities and Emerging Markets. He started his career in 1979 at Paine Webber as a stock and commodity broker. In 1981 Victor joined REFCO Inc. as an introducing broker and in 1995 he was appointed as Managing Director of Emerging Markets for Latin America, where he serve for another 10 years. Victor holds a BS from Southern Methodist University.

Raul Henriquez

Raul is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Investor Services LC, Managing Director of Hencorp Becstone LC, and Hencorp Financial Services LC, Principal of Hencorp Becstone Futures LC, and Manager of HB-PUMA LLC. Raul is a member of the Board of BiscayneAmericas and he is a Managing Member of the Private Equity Venture Partners Funds and Private Securities Venture Partner Funds. He is the President of Hencorp, Inc. His affiliation with the Hencorp Group dates back to its founding in 1983.
Raul has a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard Gross
BOARD MEMBER
Richard served as the Head of Global Investment Banking at Bank of America in Charlotte. Prior to the Bank of America/NationsBank merger, Richard served as the President of Global Investment Bank & President of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities for NCNB/NationsBank in Charlotte. He initiated Real Estate Investment Banking, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities and International Investment Banking. He was elected President of NationsBanc Capital Markets (later NationsBanc Montgomery Securities) in June 1993, after his appointment as Executive Vice President in September 1990.
Richard also worked with NCNB before it became NationsBank, starting as a Vice President and representative for South Africa. He established the bank as a significant foreign presence in South Africa, and then transferred to Charlotte to launch similar operations in British Commonwealth countries due to the success of the South African Operations. He actively engaged and led business in South Africa, Australia, Canada and the UK. Richard was appointed Senior Vice President, and launched merchant bank in Australia in 1980.

Felipe Holguin
BOARD MEMBER
Felipe is a partner of Hencorp. Prior to Hencorp, Felipe served as a Managing Director of the Latin America M&A and Merchant Banking Group at Banc of America Securities. He managed the NYC office of the Group.
His expertise was in the areas of merchant banking investments and mergers & acquisitions. At Banc of America, he restructured, sourced, screened and managed the Group’s merchant banking portfolio and served on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies. The portfolio included investments in equity (minority and control groups) and mezzanine (subordinated debt) situations. In addition, Felipe sourced, structured and executed M&A transactions, structured acquisition financings and complex credits in coordination with credit review. Specific industry expertise includes telecom, media, basic industries, energy/power, and real estate sectors among others.
Prior to Banc of America Securities, Felipe was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Salomon Smith Barney focusing principally on Latin American and cross-border transactions. Felipe has represented public and private clients and governments on general strategy formulation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (debt and equity), and private equity transactions in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Prior to Salomon, Felipe was a Consultant in the Boston and Chicago offices of the Boston Consulting Group. Prior to business school, Felipe worked at Smurfit Carton de Colombia in the areas of finance/treasury and control.
Felipe earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. He got his BS Summa Cum Laude in Manufacturing Engineering and Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |
